The
Secretary General of the Commonwealth Parliament Association Dr.
Willian Shijja welcomes the Speaker of the National Assembly Hon. Anne
Makinda when she arrived to officiate the 25th CPA Seminar at the Ledger
Plaza Bahari Beach Hotel in Dar es Saalam. More than 60 MPs from 18
Parliaments and Legislative Assembly are meeting to exchange knowledge
and sharing experience of Parliamentary issues.

Ronald Kiandee, MP VIce Chairperson of the CPA and Deputy Speaker of the
Parliament of Malaysia to the Speaker of the National Assembly Hon.
