Our client, a renowned industrial and trading group, involved in the business of fast moving consumer products and beverages is looking for an energetic, dynamic and pro-active Tanzanian to fill 2 Human Resources and Administration officer Post.
Position: Human Resource and Administration Officer (2)
Dutystation: Dar esSalaam
Reports: To Human Resource Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling staff and workforce in manufacturing industry
- Formulating clear Human resource policies in manufacturing industry
- Study disciplinary cases, provide recommendation and ensure the same are handled and concluded within shortest time frame as required by the Labor laws.
- Developing job description and motivational programs
- Representing companies at tribunals, statutory and legislation
Any other duties as may be assigned by the HRM
Education, Skills and Experience: An ideal candidate should be a degree or Advanced Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or Public Administration or Business Administration, with good knowledge in basic labor law an experience of 5 years in any manufacturing industry employing more than 200 people.
