    Banking Industry Leader at IBM The Banking Industry Leader is responsible for developing and closing engagements across Banking clients; developing solutions that address client's business needs and delivers client value while supporting Global Business Services specific business strategies. 

    The Business Industry Leader maintains strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations across their Banking accounts. The Business Industry Leader works with the Sales And Distribution sellers in driving the opportunity through the life cycle through to closure. Thoroughly understands the impact Cloud, Analytics, Social and Mobile will have on the client's in the Banking industry. When necessary, understands and navigates IBM to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client. Thoroughly understands and applies IBM strategies and match offerings for the solution. 

    The Business Industry Leader has implemented several solutions across Banking clients with special emphasis on Cloud, Analytics, Social and Mobile. Can translate client's business issues into specific IBM Banking Industry solutions and demonstrate value to client. They can lead a proposal through all stages from providing solutions to contract signing. They also ensure that the solution design and delivery team has considered the appropriate methods and models in the customer solution.

    Skills:
    - Deep industry understanding of Banking
    - Consultative Solution selling
    - Cloud, Analytics, Social and Mobile for Banking
    - End-to-End Implementation experience of Enterprise solutions based on SW

    Communication/Negotiation:
    Teamwork at highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.

    Problem Solving:
    Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment. 

    Contribution/Leadership:
    Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review. Has vision of overall strategies. Recognized as an expert and leader in Banking. 

    Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 8 years experience in Strong Banking experience and Strong Consulting Background
    • At least 8 years experience in Strong Leadership
    • English: Fluent

    Preferred
    • Master's Degree
    • At least 10 years experience in Strong Banking experience and Strong Consulting Background
    • At least 10 years experience in Strong Leadership
