JOB TITLE                :                       CIT Manager

 

 

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that all CIT services are achieved through use of applicable resources by effective planning, organizing, directing and controlling the entire CIT operation

 

 

Key Performance Indicators

• Effective administration of the CIT Division
• Effective information distribution
• Accuracy in reporting as per the agreed reporting schedule.
• Confidentiality

 

Experience:

• Formal qualification preferred
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• At least 2 years experience in logistics/CIT Management
• Requires high level of tact and integrity due to exposure to confidential data
• Proven track record

 

Skill:

• Able to work in demanding and busy environment
• Confident, well presented and good attention to detail
• Delivering great customer service
• Dealing with changing circumstances
• Understanding the organisational environment
• Attention to detail (ESSENTIAL)
• Work under pressure
• Ability to act professionally
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
